Authentic Vintage Pieces

At Arc Vault, we specialise in carefully sourced authentic vintage clothing. Most items in our collection are 20–30 years old, meaning they have lived a previous life and may naturally display signs of age.

This may include:

  • Light wear

  • Faded prints or fabric

  • Minor marks

  • Natural aging of materials

These characteristics are part of what makes vintage clothing unique. Please also note that vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing, and garments may have experienced slight stretching, shrinking, or other changes over time.

We always aim to show and describe any major flaws or notable imperfections within the product listing.

14-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Arc Vault. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Special promotional or mystery items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item first.

Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, typically within 24 hours after inspection.
